Responsible for the financial and customer service aspect of Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School. • Receive Payments, write out receipts and post them on the FACTS system when applicable.• Prepare Students Files for the upcoming year.• Prepares, maintains, and files all receipts and any other documents in the students’ files.• Posting charges on the FACTS system as requested for the Business Office Manager, Tuition Manager or Parents.• Contact parents about state scholarship signing and past due balances.• Assist the Tuition Manager to keep track on the complexion of the registration and re-registration financial steps.• Keep track of payments for specific events.• Keep track of Parent Hours required yearly.• Assist Upcoming Students in the FACTS System Enrollment.• Assist Tuition Manager and Business Office Manager in other duties when necessary.• Assist Admissions Department when necessary.• Assist School Director in other duties when needed.• Assist Parent/Student/Family members with any financial inquiry.• Answer incoming Business Office calls at all times.• Update and monitor School Website.• Manage and create content for the Athletics Instagram.

• Responsible of posting charges to the account receivables system for all Gulliver programs.• Handle customer inquiries as to status of account.• Resolve routine problems as related to customer account.• Answer incoming receivables calls when necessary.• Back up senior collector in charge of posting payments on the system, received through Credit Cards, Checks, Wires, ACH and E-Checks.• Back up accountant in preparation of cash receipts and bank deposits.• Provide information on delinquent accounts to Senior Collector.

• Pre-fill and perform quality update of KYC reports based on the information provided by the customers through email, phone calls making sure all information necessary for their completion is acquired as per regulatory requirements. • Analyze and gather verbal information, documentation and transactional data relevant to the process to ensure with policies and regulations.• Partner with compliance and account officers to detect and communicate discrepancies and suspicious activity. • Analyze and check source of wealth descriptions to assure the comply with anti-money laundering (AML) quality standards. • Conduct adverse media searches and manage CDD-EDD requirements in order to comply with the BSA/AML program. • Maintain accurate tracking of assignments to ensure meeting deadlines. • Track documentation requests to ensure timely follow up. • Sales, services representative functions: customer identity verification, account openings, maintenance requests, wire transfers, developed and maintained strong customer relationships through bank products sales (CD, Investment Services, Loans, Credit Cards) and effective customer service in hand with bank procedures, policies and regulations. • Work individually and as a team in order to share and learn best practices and achieve department goals.

Analyse current credit data and financial statements of customers in Latin America in order to determinate the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money. Prepare reports with the credit information provided by the customers with our recommendations, in order to take them to the respective committees for use in the desicion - making.
