Valentina is a creative and an ambitious marketing expert. She finished her education in Germany and then gained experience and inspiration during her years working in California, USA. Being the endless source of new ideas and entrepreneurship that Valentina is, once she set sails back for her homeland, she had much to offer, both to the business world and to the Bulgarian society. She was determined to make a difference and succeeded by two means. On the one hand she started her own business - a Marketing Expert Company outsourcing marketing planning, budgeting and project management for small- and midsized businesses from all over the world. Working with them as their extended outside marketing department Valentina and her team could not only help the companies grow their revenues, but also teach them how to look, sound and behave like world-class businesses. On the other hand, Valentina believes above all in real human relationships and the empowerment of young leaders, who want to create positive change in their societies. Therefore as a local president of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bulgaria, she puts a lot of energy and enthusiasm into organizing variable social events and free business seminars determined to create the so needed positive change into the way of thinking and the standard of living of the people from her hometown Plovdiv. The projects, which JCI Plovdiv started and realized are helping young people to develop into self-aware, well-educated and valuable individuals. Valentina is also a member of the Bulgarian association Tuk-Tam, which gathers all Bulgarians with work and educational experience abroad, who chose to come back to Bulgaria and started to influence the society in a positive way. Since 2014 Valentina in an associate producer of a movie project called "Life in Four seasons", part of the social campaign "Wake up", which aims to motivate young people around the world to build real human relationships and to follow their dreams.
