Responsibilities included:Provide feasibility studies and create preliminary designs for new buildings projects, such as residential complexes, hotels, offices, shops, factories and guest-houses;Prepare detailed plans, working drawings and construction details; Attend meetings with technicians and engineers to follow working drawings design’s process;Review structural, sanitary, mechanical and electrical layouts;Oversee the on-site construction works during all the project development phases;Prepare brochures, presentations and design proposals for clients.
