Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.- Performance Monitoring: Utilize Agile metrics and tools (e.g., burndown charts, velocity tracking) to monitor team performance and project progress. Identify and address impediments to ensure the team remains productive and focused.- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and prevent project delays.- Quality Assurance: Support the team in implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.- Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement best practices for Agile methodologies.
