At D4P we are working to create awareness of what digital technologies can do to improve the quality of our lives, without neglecting the issues for which they are responsible, such as energy and environmental costs. In particular, I work on proposal writing and project management and community building. The ultimate aim is to integrate digital solutions with sustainability goals to create a better future.

European project ENGICOIN Co-PI, 11 partners, € 6.986.910 EU-contributionENGICOIN aimed at developing engineered microbial factories for CO2 exploitation, capture and conversion.RESEARCH MANAGEMENT: developing project lifecycle strategy, from conception to implementation. Coordinating the partners in accordance with timeline, scientific objectives and financial resources. Identifying risks and deviations and developing mitigation plans. EVENT MANAGEMENT: organizing a kick-off meeting (1) and update meetings (4) within the consortium. Supervising the organization of a 3 day training with up to 120 participants and 20 speakers.COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL WRITING: keeping relationships with the official representative of EU commissions and partners. Representing the project and disseminating the results across the scientific community. Revising and integrating project deliverables and technical official reports.

SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT: developing research objectives and execution plan. Tracking project progress and presenting research findings. Defining and negotiating financial needs.TEAM COORDINATION: training and mentoring team members. Coordinating scientific activity and papers outline definition. LABORATORY MANAGEMENT: evaluating laboratory needs in terms of equipment and consumables.
