I was born on October 31 1987 in Turin.At the end of university studies I started my work experience choosing the dynamic and stimulating hospitality industry.At first I approached the tour operator world specializing in customer and travel agent relationship, from handling complaints to direct sales.Later, thanks to a Master in Hotel Management, I started my professional experience in the hotel industry.Over the years I’ve developed a growing curiosity toward the revenue and hotel management, working in collaboration with industry professionals and developing my knowledges through a continuous training.I am able to harness the power of passion and turn it into resolve, persistence, stamina, and tenacity, working toward goals that endure over time.I like challenges.
