Privacy Operations Specialist
Current▼ Responsible to provide end to end structure and process for assessing Privacy requirements, for engaging with multiple stakeholders to assess priority, for planning tasks and deliverables, and for reporting progress;▼ Responsible to deliver Privacy change projects and programs, both internal and external; working with heads of business/ stakeholders across regions to define the strategy and desired outcomes and leading and owning the delivery of projects in line with agreed time, cost and quality measure;▼ Supporting the needs of leadership by communicating and tracking progress of their strategic initiatives with a clear and controlled plan of work in order to drive the achievement of tangible benefits (e.g. Steering Wheel, OGSM).▼ Implementing ways of working for the team, develop and refine best practices and standard operating procedures to support effective and efficient interaction, both internally and externally (e.g. project management and E2, business systems).▼ Managing and reporting (through KPIs) on key Privacy operational processes (privacy risk assessment, policy exception process)▼ Delivering the business unit communications plan to inform and inspire the global team by creating relevant and regular updates on all channels.▼ Managing privacy@dunnhumby community site by ensuring content is current and relevant, community is engaged and supporting content is produced.
