As a young professional with experience in business development, teaching, and customer service, I have learned throughout the years that the spoken word is much more powerful than we sometimes give it credit for. I have always strived in my professional career to be the best communicator I can be.In the four years I have worked as a business development representative, I have honed my soft skills because they are the vessel to my success. What makes a person tick, what their pains are and what the ultimate solution to that is are all questions we provide answers to.I have also worked on various projects that have allowed me to expand my areas of expertise, from the construction industry, logistics to Industry 4.0. What they all have in common is a shared goal to optimize their businesses. And that is where we come in.Through extensive research, meticulous data mining, the use of various CRMs and the customization of every aspect of a project to a client’s needs, I have learned to be flexible and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of business development. Finding the right leads, warming them up and providing qualified leads to our clients are all skills that have taken some time to master but I now consider my strengths.
