Studio Manager
Current- Managing the whole planning of the design team and priorities projects - Making sure all the requests and the activities are coordinated- Estimating which people of the Studio are needed to complete the task, based on their skill set and availability- Being on top of any changes in the planning- Coordinating the various projects from a design perspective- Supporting and keeping close contact with the design team members to smoothen the process between different departments- Joining project teams kick-off meeting to assess the scope- Keeping regular contact with the Commercial and Creative Director to assess priorities- Anticipating the need for hiring freelancers- Budget forecast and evaluation- Onboarding of freelancers and new joiners- Coaching, team-building, team expansion strategy, HR
