About Valentina N.
I am currently the Special Education Transition Coordinator at Lodi High School. I have successfully created the transition program by implementing transition assessments and guidance to students who qualify for special education services. I also have created job focused programs for students with disabilities including our Work Based Learning Program as well as the Orange and Brew Coffee Shop. I also facilitate connections between families and different special education agencies in NJ. I am also part of the Intervention Referral Services Team (I&RS) at Lodi High School. In the past, I have taught World History and US History special education and general education classes at Lodi High School as well. I have my Master of Art in Teaching P-12 Social Studies and Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificates. I also have the NJ Work Based Learning Certificate.
