I have over 10 years’ experience in the financial and strategic assessment of companies gained through work in M&A consulting and banking. Throughout my career I have worked with large- and mid-cap corporates, investment holding companies and state-owned companies in the Nordics and Baltics to improve their competitiveness and reduce environmental footprint.My core industry expertise is within R&D intensive sectors (telecommunications and IoT, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology), capital goods, and investment holding companies. The main focus of the assignments include credit analysis and rating, credit structuring, ESG reviews, sector reviews, financial and commercial due diligence in M&A transactions, assessment of business plans and financial forecasts, financial modelling.In addition, since 2020 I have been working on implementing climate risks into NIB’s operations based on ECB, EBA and TCFD guidelines.
