As an editor, I support clients from all walks of life, from experienced academics to fledgeling entrepreneurs. Sometimes I'm there to help shape ideas into full-fledged texts. Other times, I'm there to give you a final push so you can publish and hopefully move on with your life. Whatever the case, I work from a place of love and deep listening.

My role as editor is to ensure we publish content that's accurate, elegant, useful to readers, and SEO-driven. The topics I cover include project management, cloud storage, online backup solutions, and VPNs.In addition, I organize training workshops for our writers, review SEO briefings, and serve as editor for our Outreach team.

As a manager, I lead a team of 10 writers and 2 editors producing content centered around tech education. I've served as a leader for various teams and initiatives, and have helped develop training and recruitment practices across the Content Department at Career Karma.

As Director of USFQ Press, I consolidated a series of independent publishing projects that had organically emerged in different Academic Departments into a single, cohesive University Press. I laid out workflows, selected staff, built relationships with other department heads in the University, oversaw the publication of over 20 projects, and nourished relations with the academic publishing community in my country.
