    • Spearheaded expansion of new product at two ExxonMobil terminals— responsible for project schedule, managed numerous contractors, optimized project expenses, performed a hydraulic analysis to size a new pump system, and ensured ExxonMobil design practices were followed. Project justification included minimizing downtime, providing redundancy, increasing revenue, and accounting for future terminal expansion• Administered installation of new additive offload pipe skid at an ExxonMobil Chicago terminal where the previous pipe skid arrangement created an error-prone situation and introduced possibility of thermal expansion. Managed the mechanical and civil scope, stewarded project cost tracking, and coordinated the skid installation, while complying with EPA and company design standards, becoming adept in risk reduction, product quality enhancement, and process safety • Replaced weeping check valve along with some additive piping at ExxonMobil Lockport terminal, minimizing the possibility of a leak and preventing a 6,000 barrel/day business loss, augmenting equipment reliability. Crafted installation work procedures, received approved project funding, redlined mechanical and electrical P&ID’s, coordinated equipment pressure tests, verified material test reports, and performed a pre-startup safety review with superintendent and area manager
  • Exxonmobil
    Field Engineering Intern
    Exxonmobil May 2021 - Aug 2021
    Us
    • Managed the project scope, execution plan, cost estimate, and scheduling for the installation of a pioneering hardware device for the purpose of detecting off-specification product to prevent $2.9 million of lost revenue during outage repairs• Utilized pipeline design software to minimize pump failure and prevent pipeline from operating under nominal pressure conditions for stable operation. Implemented innovative pump startup and shutdown sequences for operative applications • Collaborated with on-site construction personnel and third-party entities to provide technical engineering expertise while demonstrating safety in the design, assembly, and procedural operation of pipelines
  • Exxonmobil
Fuels And Lubricants Optimization Engineering Intern
    Exxonmobil Jun 2020 - Aug 2020
    Us
-For the summer of 2020, I had the opportunity to work as an Optimization Engineer for the ExxonMobil Pipeline Company working on over 5 different projects. Throughout my summer based out at the Houston campus, I got to familiarize myself with concepts such as data analytics, optimal maintenance, and hydraulic modeling, while also enhancing my project management, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. -One of my projects involved utilizing data analytics software to help optimize pipeline flowrates. In this project I figured out how to combine months’ worth of SCADA data, which I then used to put into JMP to perform a multivariate analysis. Upon completion of my analysis, I was able to create an equation and a user-friendly tool that takes certain pipeline parameters into account (i.e. temperature, pressure drop, API gravity, crude type, etc.) to help accurately predict flowrate. I was also able to use the SCADA data to help validate current pipeline operation assumptions. -During the summer of 2020 I also got to serve as project lead on a vapor recovery unit project based out in Irving, Texas. In this project I served as a liaison between the terminal superintendent and the product quality advisor in order to help develop a sampling protocol for the existing VRU return to regular tankage. By utilizing tank volume, RVP, and octane level data, I refined many assumptions which helped improve product RVP calculations. I was also able to work closely with a business development advisor to the quantify long-term financial implications of the project, and in conclusion my work helped make the company over $150,000 on a yearly basis. -For more information, see attached document.

    • Served as Assistant Project Manager in leading a group of six engineering undergraduate students in completing a Preliminary Design Review (PDR) of a secondary payload for a NASA mission concept designed to help characterize a hydrocarbon sea on the surface of Saturn's moon Titan• Became efficient in virtual communication with team members, utilized JMARS computer program to analyze Titan's surface, compiled research that would aid in the design of our spacecraft, and gained valuable knowledge from a multitude of NASA scientists and engineers• Included a propulsion system (for trajectory correction maneuvers and cruise after separation from the Titan orbiter), an antenna for communication with the orbiter, a MMRTG for power, a heatshield, and a descent system in my team's design• 12-Week unpaid NASA L’SPACE Virtual Academy gave me the opportunity to learn NASA mission procedures and protocols from mission professionals
  • Oklahoma State University
Oklahoma State University Endeavor Teaching Assistant
Oklahoma State University Aug 2018 - Mar 2019
    Stillwater, Ok, Us
Upon the creation of the new Endeavor research and engineering lab at OSU, the digital manufacturing lab housed inside the building required student workers to carry out and facilitate the usage of the lab. I served as one the teaching assistants to teach students how to use the 3D printing technology in the lab. I served as a 3-D Printing student faculty member, and carried out hands-on in lab Digital Manufacturing Maker Space Training.
  • Oklahoma State University
    Digital Manufacturing Research Intern
Oklahoma State University Jul 2018 - Jan 2019
    Stillwater, Ok, Us
This was a new program at Oklahoma State University created by Hitesh Vora, head of mechanical engineering technology at OSU. As a student researcher, I got to experiment and work with the latest 3D Printing and digital manufacturing technologies received by the OSU College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology. I served under the mechanical engineering technology department of Oklahoma State University and experimented with various digital manufacturing mediums and filaments to decipher the best material for projects or to improve quality of prints. Additionally, I learned how to modify and alter designs on various extrusion modeling platforms. Through this internship I also learned how to construct and assemble various 3D printing machines, as well as troubleshoot problems when they were encountered.
