His main duties and responsibilities: • Manage customer integrated relationship via the "Service Delivery Management", responsible for contract obligations, complaints, SLA monitoring, commercial issues, etc. • Securing and optimization of the global delivery capability of the execution of deals, projects and services and deals via "Project Excellence" and "Quality Excellence".
