In my various capabilities as Interim GM (June-Sept 2014) and Development and Control Director ( Oct 2014 - Aug2016) my main job was to increase the adaptability of the company to a volatile business environment:- fast growing 2014, - crisis management in 2015- business consolidation in 2016 Main projects:- balancing between customer satisfaction and cost of sales and operations on long routes- creating a user friendly b2c communication system - reducing fraud and freeriding on short/local routes - changing from operational management to business management- downsizing the company structure to 50% caused by regulatory body's business model changes

My initial role was to assist the Owners for a strategic M&A project for a group of companies, being responsible particularly for multicultural bridging aspects for 3 international teams. Subsequently, my role involved:- strengthening the Group's adaptability to a fast growing context, - helping the senior management to develop effective management and communication skills to improve the business efficacy and - promoting operational excellence.

I was in charge with day to day commercial management of the company and in particular I have the lead for distribution of Royal Dutch van Son printing supplies.

Promoted from Field Manager Agricultural Services in 1994 to Operations Manager Agricultural Services/ Harvesting in 1995-1996. Moved to new business line in 1998: Key Account manager for fodders and veterinary ingredients.Promoted Commercial Manager in 1999.

I managed the refurbisment of a hotel restaurant and did day to day management including recruitment, on the job training, selection of suppliers, operations, etc.
