Primary Responsibility is to ensure a great Guest Experience at the Ramad Hotel, from check in to check out and everything in between. As a Guest Service Agent, we are the hub of all hotel activity from call in reservations, taking payments, and ensuring the accurate collection of all data for our guests.

Responsible for: Recruitment of talent, scheduling of staff, inventory control, product and skill training.

Responsible for the overall governace of School District #57 - establishing policies, overseing a $127 Million Budget, and ensuring the continued strong education of children and teenages across the district.
