I am a person with a passion for tourism and hospitality who works in hotel accommodation🏨 🛎️ .Find out more about my story by clicking on "see more"👉.👨🏻‍💼Thast is what I stand out in:● I have an affable, selfless and reliable character.● I have strong interpersonal skills.● I have an orderly and precise method.● I work with emotional intelligence.📝Where it all began...   I started working in the restaurant industry before I graduated, but after various experiences, I realised that the kitchen was an environment that did not allow me to relate to the public.I therefore decided to undertake a master's degree in Food&beverage management, learning about hotels and revenue management.📜 The opportunity to work in reception, for a large hotel chain, was not long in coming so I could finally interact with guests. 🏨However at that time my marketing knowledge was not sufficiently consolidated so I attended a web marketing course from which I learnt promotion and sales techniques as well as Copywriting, Storytelling and SEO.💻 I currently hold the position of Turning Reception Secretary at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Jesolo but the path is still long and among my plans is to attend a degree course in Tourism Economics and gradually certify all my skills.🎓 🎯 What is my goal?
