As a Marketing Manager for the Romanian Branch, i am in charge of the marketing team and hands-on involved in all the marketing activities of the branch. I manage budgets and campaigns to meet ROI targets, create and execute campaigns on all channels (from Search/GDN on Adwords to print or TV), , manage and implement the retention campaigns, create content, Landing pages and emails for our inbound strategy. We also acted as a full service agency for our clients, running their campaigns on other media (online, Google Search and DN, Facebook, digital agencies, outdoor, radio, etc). I naturally developed into managing all aspects of digital and online in the company, including mobile and social development, and all our work as a full service agency for our clients.

digibox.ro is an online store specialised in selling it and electronic accessories in Romania, part of Sapte Seri media group.I managed all aspects of the creation and running of the e-commerce site and the 10 people team running it. I created specs, bought the platform, worked with development team to implement it, created promotions, ads, run adwords and local media performance campaigns, was in charge of all digital marketing and development, logistics and budgeting.

Collabrian is a US Dallas based company with offices in Romania, creating and running insurance, auctioning and general purpose websites and platforms for the US Market.The period i worked for collabrian shaped me in regards of client relationship, attention to detail and reporting at US Standards. I started working as a PHP / MySql and ASP developer, also in charge of specs and visual layouts and proposals (Photoshop, etc) for the company’s clients. Towards the end i was also working on implementing new technologies for the clients - google analytics, adsense, basket, doubleclick, etc.
