Current~ Supplier development and risk mitigation: developed a new supplier base in East Asia, overseeing the entire process from initial identification to full-scale integration. Implemented robust development programs, including layout optimization, process control, and 6S audits, to enhance supplier capabilities and mitigate supply chain risks associated with the China-US trade war. Successfully onboarded 10 new suppliers, expanding the global supplier panel to 150 across 4 key commodities.~ Process improvement: led the update of existing QMS, with a focus on optimizing audit checklists to ensure compliance to quality standards and creating new templates to address emerging supply chain risks (such as IP infringement).~ Stakeholder management: built and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, including global customers and suppliers. Successfully resolved complex supply chain challenges through effective collaboration and negotiation.~ Team building and development: established an internal training academy to enhance the supplier management capabilities of the teams, driving knowledge sharing and best practices.
