Project Controls Engineer - Project Cardinal Semiconductor Fab
CurrentThe first phase of a $20-billion project to build a semiconductor manufacturing plants in central Ohio. Phase 1 of the project will include design and construction of 2.5 million square feet. At Project Cardinal also know as Ohio One, I started as the sole planner for all major subcontractors. As the subcontract planner I was responsible for creating, managing and reporting schedule and progress to our Project Management Team (PMT). In addition to monitoring progress throughout the BEA cycle, I was given the responsibility to review and accept contractural schedules from our subcontractors which varied in scope complexity and contract value (>$10m) as well as supporting our contracts’ team with schedule inquiries. Since May-24, I’m the lead planner for the Data Center, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Warehouse; overseeing construction planning, subcontractor schedule performance and progress, and managing schedule changes on a daily basis.
