Senior Communications Specialist
CurrentSenior Communications Specialist responsible for development and implementation of global engagement programs for WWCS for employee engagement projects.The Worldwide Customer Service Communications Team (WWCS CT) supports a global network of 70K+ Customer Service Associates, plus Team Managers, Group Managers, Operations Leaders and approx. 2K corporate employees in 147 sites, across 13 countries in 18 languages. I develop visual communications to support global engagement activities and campaigns within the Communications Roadmap. Also advise Communication Team members on creative ways to communicate key programs and messages to achieve desired objectives.I have a Talent and a passion for visual content and design, and familiarity with a wide variety of media production software, techniques, and formats. Equally important, a demonstrated ability to use strong business judgment and stakeholder management that I use for creating and executing content with wide reaching, global impact.
