I am responsible for implementing agile methodologies and managing projects, including product developmentand execution planning. I establish objectives, deadlines, and oversee the general supervision of the project.I also handle team training, formation, and task delegation, as well as identifying technological needs andimproving internal communication.

I conducted extense analysis of industrial processes, identified problems in production processes, anddeveloped an execution plan. I also detected useful technologies for each case.

-Junior Achievement (Learn to Undertake) (2018) (Winners for the best Eco-Friendly project):I carried out the Junior Achievement challenge. We created an eco-friendly company dedicated to the sale of organic toothbrushes and composters. I had the role of Production Director in which I developed excellently and discovered my leadership and teamwork skills.
