Former Team Leader at the Italian Revenue Agency’s Large-Business Taxpayers Division with 13 years of experience in tax audits, controls and Investigations (2006-2019). Authorised to practice the professions of Labour Consultant. Participated in the European Commission’s TAXUD Department as a job shadower and was part of the Erasmus program for civil servants, 2011. Visiting researcher at IBFD, Amsterdam and speaker at international tax-law seminars. Author of over 150 articles about Tax Law in top research journals and national newspapers. Main areas of expertise: ATAD Directive, DAC6 Directive, transfer pricing, hybrid mismatch arrangements, taxation of saving income, expat taxation, High-net-worth individuals taxation.
