My role as Senior Innovation Consultant is to help PNO clients to transform their ideas in innovations and products through the leadership and participation in projects funded in highly competitive calls, for instance in the frame of Horizon Europe, EIC or Digital Europe. I will help them to analyse, prioritize, and shape their ideas into project proposals, helping them to find the required key partners and accompanying them along the full innovation cycle: from proposal writing to grant management and results exploitation. In PNO, I have coordinated H2020 project DIGITbrain.From May 15-Jan 21, I have been Projects Director at the SME DAS Photonics (http://www.dasphotonics.com/en), where I was in charge of EC, ESA, PADR/EDIDP and EDA proposal preparation, project management and justification. We won 2 EC H2020 projects as coordinators, PHLEXSAT and RETINA, being beneficiaries in SODAH, OPTIMA, CIDAR, TERAOPTICS and SIOMO. DAS has also participated in EDA studies EORF and FUTURE and led ESA SSPP/MSPP, SMOS2 and KaBS contracts, participating also in QKDSAT. DAS also succeeded in funding CDTI PIDs RECTOR, HOFER and DEOBA. I was also member of the Management Board of the company. I published +10 conference papers.From May 2008 until Apr. 2015, I was Head of International Projects at AIMPLAS (http://www.aimplas.es), coordinating the management of the Projects AIMPLAS was involved (up to 35/year) and EU proposal consortium set-up and coordination of proposal writing. During this period, the funding from EU projects timed by 3. Projects were related to materials (nanocomposites, thermoplastics, thermosets, compounding, biopolymers), processing (extrusion, injection, pultrusion, infusion), valorisation and sustainability (recycling, renewable resources), packaging and application of new technologies (advanced materials and nanotechnologies). Personally, I coordinated FP7 Projects NANOSCRATCH, CLIPP, BUGWORKERS, NATEX, BRIGIT and BISIGODOS, and CIP EcoInnovation ECO-RUBBER.Previously, I was Senior Researcher with strong expertise in managing national and international-level projects related to microwave-photonics and Broadband Wireless Access in the Valencia Nanophotonics Tehnology Center, were I worked from 1997 until 2008. From 2006 I headed the microwave photonics area of the NTC (15 people).
