My name is Valentin and I am the founder of Kumiko Matcha. I had 2 heart attacks when I was 17 and 19 years old. The doctors didn’t know how to cure me and I risked a new heart attack any day, and that led me to live every day as if it was the last. I learned a lot of lessons from this experience and I consider it the best gift I received from life.It led me to travel a lot and to experiment as many experience that life could offer me as possible. And it’s during a travel in Asia that I discovered matcha tea.I created Kumiko Matcha in 2013 to help my community in France to discover what is authentic premium organic matcha tea from Japan. And to introduce this yummy healthy tea to Europe.
