After SignRequest was acquired by Box in February 2021, I managed a teamof 10+ engineers. I worked on the engineering roadmap to integrate the Signservice in the Box architecture and deliver Box Sign in production in less than 6months after acquisition. I was responsibleto set the on-call processes in The Netherlands for Box Sign team.

I’ve organized the team to deliver product features in a predictable way. I’veestablished the hiring process in SignRequest and doubled the SignRequest techfrom 5 to 10 engineers in 6 months.
