Even at the age of 4 our son became quite a good reader mainly due to Mrs. Valentyna Solovei’s influence and the way she structured her reading classes. He also loved the math classes and enjoyed also other subjects such as social science or geography. By the end end of his second school-year (beginning of his 5th year of life and the time Valentyna left) he was well ahead of his peers from other kindergartens. We felt comfortable as well with the way Mrs. Valentyna Solovei kept relations between parents and teacher. We, as parents regularly discussed about diverse issues related to the problems and challenges faced by our son in the kindergarten. We felt confident discussing any sensitive topics with her, knowing that our concerns would be heard with empathy and with a view toward partnering for an action plan or a solution. We are very grateful that our son had the opportunity to be taught by such a great teacher. Her way of teaching and the values that were given by her to the mind of our child will hopefully be remembered for long.
