Main works: managing a portfolio of clients from a finance operations perspective; daily processor report reconciliation against Mastercard/Visa settlement advisements; daily validation of processor reports against customer funds; processing of banking entries with relation to the daily reconciliations within a large variety of banking platforms; logging and following up of processor report errors with the implementation department; daily liaisons with the chargeback and settlement department for resolutions to queries; creation of fortnightly reconciliations; completion of month end reconciliations within the specified timelines; preparation of monthly accounting journals; responsibility for Balance Sheet GL accounts that are in relation to the client portfolio; financial analysis to provide management with reports, and to deal with client’s queries; liaising with several other departments to conclude a client’s query; accounts payables; reparation of ad hoc reports, reconciliations in order to deal with client’s questions; processing of refunds, returns to sources and revenue releases with regards to your client portfolio; preparation of any queries our auditors might have for the financial year end.
