As part of the group communications team, I create content for all means of external and internal communications, from ghostwriting to website stories to video storyboards.As Social Media Manager, I am responsible for the group-wide social media channels of Sulzer. In close collaboration with the marketing community around the world, I plan and create content, interact with the community, analyze KPIs, track progress and develop strategies to drive engagement and boost brand awareness.I also have the project lead for Sulzer's Annual and Midyear Reports and take care of the company's sustainability reporting. I create and monitor project timeline and budget, and I work on design and content creation. To drive Sulzer's digitalization strategy, I implemented the company's first "online only" report, a responsive microsite. Furthermore, I support the media spokesperson with media releases and work closely with our marketing and branding specialists to align content across the company.
