Monthly/quarterly financial performance analysis and reviews with Leadership. Revenue/CCI/CI landing point, Forecast and Plan affordability. Quarterly forecasting, Targeting & Planning processes across full P&L. OG consolidation, reporting, presentations, contingency estimates, scenarios, analysis. PPT Presentations, enhancement of existing reports using macros and Office tools.

Responsible for the budget of 4 cost divisions: Office, Legal, Marketing and Finance, across LATAM countries. Accounting analysis and correction of deviations.Responsible for the creation, improvement and standardization of different reporting packages, as well as management key indicators.
