SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE• Database analysis experience with several target DB platforms; Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and Azure DW• Demonstrated experience gathering and translating requirements into conceptual, 3rd normal form logical, and physical data models using modeling tools such as Erwin, IBM Data Architect, and Oracle Designer. • Detailed understanding of principles and practices of Data Modeling including entity-relationship data modeling techniques, dimensional, star schema and snowflake models used in an OLTP, OLAP, and DW environments. • Demonstrated experience with Inmon vs Kimball vs Hybrid approaches in the design/architecture of the new DW • Strong analytic skills with full SDLC understanding.• Demonstrated experience with Data Profiling using SQL and other methods.• Knowledge of identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets• Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.• Ability to interpret data and develop data integration mapping documents based on findings for ETL processes.• Working knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) projects and solutions.• Strong knowledge of software engineering processes, such as Waterfall and Agile• Proficient in Project planning & management, including scope of work, time estimation, and resource assignment.• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and negotiation, coaching, team building, and leadership skills.• Effectively managed multiple projects and assignments while maintaining high levels of quality and effectiveness. • Experience in using and administering corporate metadata repository standards and best practices.• Effectively works well in a collaborative team environment.• Data Strategy Planning and Development• Architecture governance and oversight
