• Work hand-in-hand with regional Media Planning, Programming, Commercial Operations, and Planning & Reporting team on break analysis, creation and implementation• Responsible for the construction and delivery of complete, accurate, and timely logs• Ensure NPS coordinators are delivering optimal viewer experience by monitoring logs and air to guarantee best positioning and distribution of promos and commercials• Work closely with Broadcast Operations to ensure a timely and efficient log completion and download process• Contribute to the development of more effective ways to manipulate content and sales elements on the log• Oversee On Air Pro creation process to ensure correct tags are created for On-Air campaigns• Responsible for creating content and sales templates based on recommended and approved break format• Ensure business needs are met and sales time is properly allocated and maximized on air• Maintain a positive environment for all department members and provide a team oriented approach to solve issues• Work closely with Media Planning team to ensure that scheduling strategies are accurately implemented and overall network vision is achieved• Fully understand regional market regulations, laws, needs, and expectations with regards to overall structure and use of breaks for specific regions• Actively commit to training and coaching direct reports and team members for further development and growth• Complete one on one annual review with direct reports to provide feedback and possible areas of development• Foster an environment of customer service and professionalism

• Oversee coordinators weekly planning process to ensure channel’s vision and direction are achieved through on-air promotions• Responsible for coordinating monthly brand meetings where brand initiatives and priorities are discussed• Develop Quarterly grid for schedulers to use during weekly and daily planning of timed logs• Project and determine promo availability within each quarter to provide senior management with recommendations for on-air support• Develop on-air secondary events strategy for the network based on communicated quarterly priorities• Generate & distribute work orders to on-air producers for purposes of production, creation, and scheduling of on-air promos• Serve as Media Planning Departments lead for IT system testing’s and upgrades• Responsible for analyzing template structure and requesting changes based upon promotional availability• Develop weekly plan within GripIt Optimizer tool to successfully attain reach and frequency levels to engage the audience and drive appointment viewing
