Some of my duties are ✓ Support improvement processes e.g. the launching of new product’s, the automatization of some communications and the management of incidences. ✓ Be in charge of administrative affairs. The first contact point for the business partners and the accountant✓ Communicate with all the guests, coordinating and making sure that everything feels like home.

✓Attend to guests' requirements in person and by telephone, ensuring their satisfaction. ✓Check-in and check-out guests ✓Carry out the night audit.✓Close the POSs and adjusts them when necessary ✓Perform the cash count. ✓Manage day pass reservations.✓Follow up on incoming emails.

✓ Support the european project Euroemotur by presenting the results of the content analysis technic application. ✓ Write the lab´s press releases.✓ Boost the lab´s social networks by planning and creating content. ✓ Edit the lab´s research project reports.

Due to my high academic performance, I obtained this position. ✓ Collect the study samples’ data and organize them to carry out the analysis. ✓ Support the classification test and the sample characterization.
