• Read and comprehend complete Enterprise License Agreements, ELAs, to determine customer’s renewal licenses and agreed pricing.• Delivery of quote volumes for Renewal Enterprise License Agreements (RELA) within the established time and quality, as defined in the Service Level Agreements (SLA)• Research accounts, form data from research, and create thorough and accurate analytical reports on accounts.• Work directly with account executives and account managers to determine the appropriate contractual pricing for education customer renewals

Time and Motion Study • The purpose of this project was to analyze trough a statistical sampling and methodology, the average time that an analyst took to complete their specific task in two teams within IB Services, to reevaluate the metrics of both teams.Achievements:• Core Team - Overachieved the sample size by 20% which made the data even more reliable (India and Costa Rica simples).- Adjusted the new daily target to 25 cases and a new headcount of 46 employees.- Amended the daily target a little lower without a significant budget change.- The changes increased the quality in the team by 20%.• AirWatch Team - Achieved the sample size- Adjusted the daily reactive target from 13 cases to 20 cases, increasing the productivity by 35%.- Adjusted the daily proactive target from 15 cases to 26 cases, increasing the productivity by 42%.- The changes increased the quality in the team by 10%.
