I chair a capital markets area group, focused at development of financial ecosystem and capital markets in Estonia. In collaboration with top-tier market participants, we work towards raising awareness and advancements in the private-public partnership sphere.

Was in charge of structuring and execution of finance and private equity investment projects as well as of financial and shareholder control of six companies located in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, belonging to the private equity portfolio under management.

Macro analysis of the CIS countries, analysis of the stock markets and stock exchange listed companies, was in charge of the initial composition of an equity mutual fund focused on CIS countries.

Communicated with 30 top Estonian companies, helped executives to fill-in the questionnaires, collected the data required for the Global Competitiveness Report preparation.
