I am one of five partners in a pan-Baltic investment banking company Redgate Capital, tailoring success of local companies and fueling their growth by delivering financing and transaction-related solutions. Was in charge of structuring and execution of finance and private equity investment projects as well as of financial and shareholder control of six companies located in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, belonging to the private equity portfolio under management.

Macro analysis of the CIS countries, analysis of the stock markets and stock exchange listed companies, was in charge of the initial composition of an equity mutual fund focused on CIS countries.

Communicated with 30 top Estonian companies, helped executives to fill-in the questionnaires, collected the data required for the Global Competitiveness Report preparation.
