Develop and implement programs for senior leadership to drive successful delivery and adoption of ICBC’s strategic priorities. Manage the integration of a leadership development framework, methodology, processes and tools for ICBC. Responsible for facilitating the delivery of leadership development services across various operational programs and projects, of varying sizes and levels of complexity.Consulting and coaching senior leaders on development opportunities. Design and execution of the quarterly Leader Forums for senior leadership. Working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute leadership development programs.The key point of contact for senior leaders across the organization, partnering to design, educate, communicate, and deliver leadership development services to support ICBC’s business objectives.
