"Out and probably eating" - this is how I would describe myself. My true passion lies within exploring the beauty of this world: new destinations and gastronomy leading to all my trips becoming gastrotours. This is how I ended up pursuing career in hospitality. Over almost 10 years of experience I have participated in several openings, tried multiple working environments and pretty much have covered all possible areas of Food&Beverage, such as:- Restaurant/Bar Management (at different restaurants and hotels)- Events Organization (both at an event agency and hotels)- Sales and Marketing (from strategies, to analysis to content creation. I hold a Food Photography certificate)In many of my positions I had to lead, train, and motivate the team, which led me to develop strong and yet empathetic leadership skills. The progress of those under my wing was always noticed by the higher management as I could always create and ambience of trust within the entry-level workers, thus resulting in them prospering within the company.Currently I am working on my own project related to hospitality too. Now, I'm looking for a new challenge in this big wide world of gastronomy to develop my professional skills even further.
