Since 2017 I'm working at the first book of a series about my Happy Mood Project, with the goal to facilitate well being and self-care through colours, emotions and crochet designs. They will capture memories and allow you to learn not to judge your feelings and welcome them as they come. I love working at Mintres because I can fully express myself, my knowledge and my intuitions in an independend and serene environment. It is as well a very creative job!Since 2015 I'm developing special projects that use knit&crochet as tools for reaching personal development, socialisation, releasing stress, learning commitment, and much more.*Since 2014 I'm exploring the Made in Italy fashion area, with more specialisation in design and making unique fashion accessories as an artisan, with knit&crochet techniques, using special materials called N(ot)Yarns. They are laces, trimming, ribbons and much more, made by the Italian Manifattura di Breme.*Until 2014 I've worked especially in the IT & Social Web Marketing area, building up more than 10 years' experience in planning and building web solutions, with social interaction integration and User Experience monitored through Web Analytics actions.My peculiarities are:*Strong planning and scheduling skills for job team management, improved as the owner of my small company for 12 years, managing a team of 4 people, and enhanced with international teams during my experience in 77 Agency.*Aptitude for Group working and cooperation, for sharing ideas and knowledge and for learning fast, with a talent for understanding very fast the basic use of software, devices, tools and machines, being able to know them well in short time and to describe their use or functions.*Communication skills and talent for teaching.
