I am working with the Office of Innovation on the Agricultural Science and Technology Indicators (ASTI) project and with the Agricultural Information Management and Knowledge Sharing Team on the AGROVOC Multilingual Thesaurus.

As partnership facilitator and digital innovation adviser at the Secretariat of the Global Forum on Agricultural Research, I facilitated two Collective Actions: one on inclusive, farmer-centric digital transformation of agriculture with regional phases in Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia Pacific, and Near East and North Africa, and one on mainstreaming land tenure rights of the rural poor in the climate agenda, started in Asia. In this facilitating role, I took care of outreach, stakeholder engagement, partnership facilitation, cross-institutional coordination, agreements, project management, reporting, M&E, communications. I also started and coordinated GFAR's new Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning system, including the deployment of a dedicated online platform, and I participated in the general GFAR strategic planning activities, primarily the Theory of Change and the members' engagement principles.

Participated as expert in the evaluation of proposals under the Horizon Europe program, in the areas of data spaces, knowledge management platforms, and uptake of digital solutions in agriculture.

For two years and a half I had two different jobs: one in the FAO Statistics Division (ESS) as Semantic Web specialist first and then as data scientist in the Data Lab, and another one since January 2021 joining back the Global Forum on Agricultural Research and Innovation (GFAR) as partnerships facilitator.At GFAR, I facilitated the launch of a global Collective Action on farmer-centric digital transformation of agriculture, with a first regional phase in Latin America and the Caribbean, led by FORAGRO in partnership with COPROFAM, AgGateway Latin America and GODAN.In ESS, I worked on best practices for semantic interoperability and on infrastructural components in the Data Lab, and previously worked on Linked Open Data publication of statistical classifications (Caliper project).I also worked for a few months as information management specialist for the AIMS team (Capacity Development and Academia in the Partnerships Division) on the development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) on agricultural data sharing and semantic technologies.

Occasional consultancy work on farmers' data sharing and related ethical, legal and policy issues, in the context of the CTA Data4Ag project.
