I’m energized by finding ways to streamline, eliminate nonvalue added work, and creating workforce systems that work by finding the freedom within the framework. As a leader, I meet people where they are and help them determine where they can be. I am a team developer, a listener, an advocate for people, creative, agile, energetic, and constantly seeking new opportunities to grow and contribute.
