Support Kronos across at our locations across the US and Canada, Union and Non-union. Day to day support, customer service, training, major upgrades, acquisitions, divestures, multi-year implementation projects.

 Provide documentation for Vice President/General Manager and other senior management in the calculation of annual production payroll driver incentive and safety incentive payout. Verification of accurate entries in Kronos Time & Attendance system, wage changes, vacation earnings input, tracking of Union dues and initiation payments, and accurate wage garnishment compliance and payment. Research and resolve employee earning discrepancies. Coordinate with the Plant Supervisors of 15 different locations throughout Southern California to meet deadlines. Preparation of bi-weekly payroll for apx. 300 production employees. Prepare annual vacation disbursement schedules.  Assist with recruitment.  Oversee and calculate the integration of short-term disability payments with the State of California’s program. Responsible for reconciliation of G/L accounts related to payroll, Department of Labor reports, State and Federal inquiries, and month-end payroll accrual.  Track, analyze and provide documentation on health and welfare insurance benefit premiums of employees on leave of absence. Demonstrated ability to learn a new position and its associated software quickly, the skill to remember the special needs of specific employees, and a natural flair for detail, accuracy, organization, and timeliness.  Exhibited continual willingness to initiate new tasks or projects to improve accuracy, efficiency and reporting requirements.
