• Lead investigations to identify and eliminate quality related losses, from the end-to-end supply chain, through work process improvements and system changes• Lead projects to transform and improve the manufacturing process of perfume production• Develop site capabilities and drive continuous improvement in QA systems• Own the Site Customer Complaint System, and liaise with customers to solve quality issues• Own the Site Computer System Validation and ensure that systems are validated and maintained at low risk

New Product Introduction - Design to Realization in a Smart Factory- To introduce a new product within the constraints of existing industry 4.0 systems in a smart factory- Contributed to the project in product design, process design, and product realization - Use of CAD software (SolidWorks), and CAM software (CATIA) in product designing

In charge of planning and organising the engineering freshmen camp with 400 participants, while leading a team of 45 members.Assisted other directors as part of the 41st NUS Students’ Engineering Club, in various events held for the students throughout the year.
