After a decade in hospitality, where I was mentored by Francis Schott at New Brunswick's Stage Left restaurant and Juliette Pope at New York City's Gramercy Tavern, I joined the management teams of Union Square Hospitality Group's Maialino and later, Mikey Price and Joey Campanaro's Market Table, where I served as General Manager. My character, charisma and communication skills fostered a hospitable environment that was effusively praised in Frank Bruni's glowing New York Times review. As General Manager, I was responsible for maintaining all front of house vendors, hiring, HR, bookkeeping and running service while ensuring profitability, staff happiness and successful sales initiatives. After taking time away from my career to grow and nurture our children, I've re-entered the workforce as an office manager, bookkeeper and wine compliance expert based in Portland, Oregon for two of the regions most heralded wine makers. My current role as Customer Success Manager allows me to leverage my hospitality acumen and experience, to grow relationships and understand my clients needs, to build trust and value with every customer interaction.
