I am currently a Region Team Lead with the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program. I am also retired United States Air Force Veteran with a background in Personnel, as well as, Education and Training Management. I am skilled in office management, workforce development, and leadership. I am highly proficient in oral, written communication, Microsoft Office Suite. As a region team lead with the AF Wounded Warrior Program, I have gained in-depth experience in connecting active and retired service members with benefits and entitlements unique to their veteran status.While working with the unique dynamics of the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program, I have been able to tap into my compassion for others and aid veterans in their time of need. I have found that motivating and assisting others is my driving passion. I lean on a servant leadership management style, which has been most helpful in current position. My goal is to continue to assist others while growing my leadership skills. I hope to continue grow within my organization and to manage an even larger team.
