• Work with Franchisee to deliver all IT systems on the Franchise Network and where applicable to the Hilton Brand Standards• Communicate with Hilton PM to ensure Hilton Brand Standards are adhered to• Liaise with 3rd Party vendors for the implementation and go live of their systems which interface to the Hilton PMS (OnQ)

Create/Submit RFP's and make recommendations for various systems to Client. Managed IT Schedule for all works required on site and liaised with Construction Team

• Liaised with construction team to keep up to date on any delivery dates which would impact IT eg delivery of data and power points• Communicated with suppliers to keep them abreast of any key dates and ensure we have what is required in situ before their arrival on site eg network infrastructure • Assisted hotel operations understand what is required from them for each system • I communicated with the key stakeholders updating them on progress or any possible risks - we use Smartsheet to update each departments’ project progress and go through this at project meetings. • The core hotel systems I project managed were EPOS, PMS, Sales & Catering, EFTPOS, Web Proposal, Door Locking, Telephony, Guest Internet and Hardware deployment (PCs, Laptop, Switches). • Investigated new technologies eg M&E APP for in house conference delegates

• Project co-ordination, monitoring and IT liaison point for Hotel, Franchisee and Stakeholders• Create and agree new hotel openings budgets• Identify required systems, confirm pricing and RFP process• Work with internal teams for delivery of Hilton WAN • Manage hardware, system installation, configuration and training tasks• Monitor/assist go live and handover to IT Operating PM

Co-ordinating installation/training/go live of PMS, CRS, EPOS, S&C, Telephony, TV and Music systems.• Ensuring Brand standards were met
