Responsible for leading and collaborating with site leaders and onsite third-party partners to elevate the overall employee experience within Global Services North America (NA GS), via employee engagement initiatives, site capacity management, communications leadership, and business continuity & crisis management leadership. • Managed a team of two direct reports & nine rotational employees, with indirect management of eleven Facilities onsite staff (cafeteria, security, maintenance, janitorial, safety), including site budget management of $800K in collaboration with Facilities regional leads.• Led the creation and activation of the NA GS employee engagement strategy, driving a diverse and inclusive culture within the GS Community and contributing to an NA GS hub employee turnover rate that is significantly lower than shared services industry average. • Led Crisis Management for the NA GS hub, including through the COVID-19 pandemic and multiple hurricanes, leading the Site Leadership Council and Crisis Management Team. Partnered with Global Health Services, Employee Health & Safety, and Facilities Leads to ensure employee safety and facility readiness. • Led COVID return to the workplace efforts, including facility preparedness, communications and employee engagement efforts.• Created a globally harmonized, consolidated site capacity tracking and forecasting file for all global shared services hubs.• Utilized the global business continuity (BC) framework to develop the NA regional BC strategy, and tested in the region to assure employee safety and critical business continues. Led NA Service Resilience project for select critical processes, with end result of step-by-step BC playbook. Led global Finance BC project which created failover plans for each hub’s most critical Finance processes.• Managed all NA GS site communications, and NA GS regional engagement communications.

Responsible for leading team of four Buyers, including three BPO team members based in Mumbai, for the Marketing Agencies category. Approx. $140MM in influenced spend, including all J&J sectors: Consumer, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Vision Care, and Corporate tier. Lead competitive bid and supplier selection process, negotiate complex commercial terms and pricing with suppliers, perform supplier relationship management, collaborate with legal team on contract creation and legal terms negotiations to mitigate risk, and develop relationships with internal business partners. Launched and currently lead the Global Services Procurement Co-Op program. Led multiple site and department-wide volunteer events to give back to the Tampa community.

Developed category sourcing strategies, led competitive bid and supplier selection process, negotiated complex commercial terms and pricing with suppliers, performed supplier relationship management, collaborated with legal team on contract creation and legal terms negotiations to mitigate risk, and developed relationships with internal business partners to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

Managed national launch of new business initiatives including the Framed Art and Posters category and Third Party Prepaid Card category.
