After leaving corporate recruiting I established Career Ventures and ran a successful executive research company. Successfully delivered executive research projects and placement assignments for major local companies including CheckFree Corporation (Fiserv) and Hewitt Associates LLC (Aon Hewitt).

Managed the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes for all HR design and benefits outsourcing practices in the Southeast including GA, FL and VA.
