Art, yoga, and reiki are all wellness modalities that can guide us from our inner selves out into experiencing life in a fuller and richer way. I teach art from the soul as a personal experience leading to inner wisdom and happiness through the process. We practice chakra painting using guided imagery and meditation focusing on the wheels of energy in the body. We make personal mandalas using nature, paint, and found objects to express innermost expressions of ourselves. We experiment with a variety of media and techniques such as handmade paper, making books, drawing, painting, jewelry, mask making, & printmaking to express our hopes, dreams, fears, and desires through the sacred act of creation.I teach beginning level yoga integrating breathing, meditation, and postures to inspire wellness, strength, balance, and happiness to be integrated into our lives.I am attuned to Reiki I and Reiki II to bring healing and wellness to the receiver. It is an ancient practice bringing energy from the divine in through my hands to heal.Specialties: I have more than 32 years experience teaching art to all levels and age groups throughout the world. I have been creating art since I was 3 years old.I have been studying and practicing yoga since 2000.I became attuned to Reiki I and Reiki II in 2008 with one of the finest Reiki Masters in the world, James Phillip.
