• Becoming the point of contact between CEO and internal and external stakeholders• Maintaining CEO's daily schedule by planning meetings and also domestic and international trips• Answering emails and inquiries related to CEO • Conducting background check and other relevant information prior to the meeting• Handling travel arrangements and expenses by CEO • Supporting CEO's function internally and externally

• Upholding a strict level of confidentiality• Preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members• Scheduling meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries• Conducting executive internal and external communications; including taking calls, responding to emails, and documenting meetings • Arranging corporate events that take place outside of the work place, such as speaking engagements• Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
