My engagement in the Transformation team went one step further when I took active part in building this ambitious community of airlines and partners willing to move faster and embrace digital transformation in finance and distribution. Below is a summary of my contribution to this journey: Led the development and implementation of our "Digital Airline Vision" communication strategy:✔️ In 2019, Digital Airline Sessions were delivered to 30+ airlines, 10 IATA teams and 11 industry events, including the IATA Annual General Meeting, attended by global airline CEOs.Managed engagement of the Digital Maturity Index project:✔️ A few months after its launch, the Digital Transformation Advisory Council committed to support this initiative aimed at assessing the digital maturity across the entire airline industry.Provided ongoing support to the IATA Distribution Advisory Council (DAC) and to the Digital Transformation Advisory Council (DTAC):✔️ I produced all pre- and post-meeting documentation by consolidating information from all stakeholders involved and acted as focal point of information. DAC comprised 15 airline CCOs worldwide and DTAC, 15 airline CTOs and CDOs worldwide.

The "Transformation" team was created in June 2013 to lead digital transformation in finance and distribution airlines' processes. Here is a summary of my contribution to this newly created teamDeveloped and implemented efficient internal communication tools and actions:✔️ The Transformation department has been assessed as one of the most aligned and engaged IATA team.Coordinated all activities of the newly created "Financial Services Development Working Group"(FinDev): ✔️ FinDev has been recognized as one of the most effective working group by the SVP, Finance and Distribution Services, among a dozen of financial working groups.Developed and implemented communication actions to engage the wider industry financial community on FinDev initiatives:✔️ In 2017, FinDev initiatives have been promoted through a dedicated webpage, 5 webinars (about 500 participants) and a "Future of Financial Services Forum" (about 50 participants) presented at the IATA World Financial Symposium.

I joined the IATA Financial team with very little knowledge of the aviation industry but I was eager to learn more and curious about new topics so I rapidly managed to get involved into business activities. My main tasks were as below: Coordination of the IATA financial team and communication activities✔️ Production of 12 fact sheets presenting the 12 IATA finacial products, in coordination with the IATA marketing department.Management of SAP PtP activities✔️ Management of 60+ contracts and 200+ POs in SAPManagement of Director's administrative affairs✔️ Pro-active attitude recognized in Director's year-end assessmentsCompletion of a development assignement (Oct 2012 - May 2013) for the benefit of the Industry Financial and Distribution Services Division ✔️ Launch of a divisional monthly newsletter and implementation of regular meetings between the Senior-Vice President and his staff among worlwide IATA offices.
